论高校德育生成的人学困境及人性化重构

摘　　要：“以人为本”是高校德育的根本旨归。高校德育的生成借由其所阐明的“立德树人”的根本目的与人学联结,其人本意涵通过其生发的人性起点、生成的“此在”特质、内在的人本逻辑得以体现。“以人为本”阐明的是高校德育的应然向度,但在工具理性盛行的实然境况中,高校德育遭遇“人学空场”困境,表现为德育范式的物化遮蔽、德育评价的量化解构、德育主体的异化偏离等三个方面。为此,高校德育从以下相互联系、相互涵摄的三个向度进行人性化重构:转向对话德育,呼唤人性的价值关怀;构建生活德育,回归人性的本真存在;倡导主体德育,彰显人性的自为精神。“People-oriented”is the fundamental goal of moral education in higher education institutions.The generation of college moral education is linked to the fundamental purpose of“cultivating people and establishing morality”elucidated by it,and its humanistic connotation is manifested through its starting point of human nature,the“being-here”characteristic generated by it,and the intrinsic humanistic logic.“People-oriented”clarifies the normative dimension of college moral education,but in the actual situation where instrumental rationality prevails,college moral education encounters the predicament of“the empty space of humanism,”manifested in three aspects:the materialization concealment of moral education paradigm,the deconstruction of quantitative evaluation in moral education,and the alienation deviation of moral education subjects.Therefore,college moral education carries out humanized reconstruction from the following three interconnected and inclusive dimensions:turning to dialogical moral education,calling for humanistic value care;constructing life moral education,returning to the true existence of human nature;advocating subject moral education,highlighting the autonomous spirit of human nature.
