摘  要:教师教育者专业素养是影响和制约教师教育事业高质量发展的关键变量。在教育4.0时代,“人-机-人”共生的教师教育新生态迫切需要教师教育者具备智能教育素养。立足教师教育者作为“教师教育社会行动网络中的行动单元”和“履行‘示教、教教、研教’职责的专业人员”的事实,参照国际通行的胜任力KSAO分析模型建构了教师教育者智能教育素养框架“343模型”,并从强化教师教育者制度创新、推进教师教育新型基础设施建设、建设高质量教师教育者培育共同体和唤醒教师教育者主体自觉等四个层面提出中国式教师教育现代化进程中涵育教师教育者智能教育素养的实践路径。The professional quality of teacher educators is a key variable that affects and restricts the high-quality development of teacher education.In the era of education 4.0,the new ecology of teacher education with“human-machine-human”symbiosis urgently needs teacher educators to have intelligent education literacy.Based on the fact that teacher educators are“action units in the social action network of teacher education”and“professionals who perform the duties of excellent teaching,teaching of teaching and researching of teaching”,this study constructs the internationally recognized KSAO competency analysis model to construct the framework of intelligent education literacy for teacher educators,namely the“343 model”.It also proposes practical paths for cultivating the intelligent education literacy of teacher educators in the process of modernizing Chinese teacher education from four aspects:strengthening the institutional innovation of teacher educators,promoting the construction of new infrastructure for teacher education,building a high-quality community for cultivating teacher educators,and awakening the subject consciousness of teacher educators.
