不同产地桔梗片的营养成分分析

摘　　要：该研究旨在比较不同产地桔梗片中营养成分的差异。选择来自12个地区的桔梗片为原料,对桔梗片的一般营养成分、总黄酮、总酚、总皂苷以及6种桔梗皂苷的含量进行测定。结果表明:不同产地桔梗片的水分、总灰分、醇浸出物和桔梗皂苷D含量均符合药典规定要求。但不同产地桔梗片的营养成分差别较大,各产地桔梗片的水分含量为6.13%~9.84%,灰分含量为2.42%~5.84%,浸出物含量为17.77%~35.60%,粗蛋白含量为4.38%~20.13%,粗纤维含量为3.80%~12.70%,多糖含量为18.86%~51.00%,总黄酮含量为0.22%~0.54%,总酚含量为0.64%~0.96%,总皂苷含量为5.63%~11.88%。安徽大别山的桔梗片中去芹糖桔梗皂苷E含量最高,为0.0217%;河北安国的桔梗片中去芹糖桔梗皂苷D3含量最高,为0.0268%;浙江杭州的桔梗片中去芹糖桔梗皂苷D的含量最高,为0.1196%;广东广州的桔梗片中桔梗皂苷E含量最高,为0.1975%;安徽大别山的桔梗片中桔梗皂苷D3含量最高,为0.0627%;浙江杭州的桔梗片中桔梗皂苷D含量最高,为0.8212%。不同产地桔梗片营养成分含量的差异为综合开发桔梗资源提供了理论依据。The aim of this study was to compare the differences in nutrient composition of Platycodon grandiflorus slices from different origins.The slices of Platycodon grandiflorus from 12 regions were selected as raw materials,and the contents of general nutrients,total flavonoids,total phenols,total saponins and six Platycodon saponins were determined.The results showed that the moisture,total ash,alcohol leachate and saponin D content of Platycodon grandiflorus slices from different origins were in accordance with the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.However,the nutrient contents of Platycodon grandiflorus slices from different origins varied greatly,with the moisture content of Platycodon grandiflorus ranging from 6.13%to 9.84%,the ash content ranging from 2.42%to 5.84%,the alcohol leachate content ranging from 17.77%to 35.60%,the crude protein content ranging from 4.38%to 20.13%,the crude fiber content ranging from 3.80%to 12.70%,and the polysaccharide content ranging between 18.86%and 51.00%,total flavonoid content between 0.22%and 0.54%,total phenol content between 0.64%and 0.96%,and total saponin content between 5.63%and 11.88%.The highest content of deacrylated Platycodonopsis saponin E was 0.0217%in Dabie Mountain,Anhui Province;the highest content of deacrylated Platycodonopsis saponin D3 was 0.0268%in Anguo,Hebei Province;the highest content of deacrylated Platycodonopsis saponin D was 0.1196%in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province;the highest content of Platycodonopsis saponin E was 0.1975%in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province;the highest content of Platycodonopsis saponin D3 was 0.0627%in Dabie Mountain,Anhui Province;the highest content of Platycodonopsis saponin D was 0.8212%in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province.From the comprehensive indexes,Anhui Dabie Mountain and Anhui Hefei Platycodon grandiflorus have the highest content of many nutrients.The differences in the nutrient contents of Platycodon grandiflorum slices from different origins also provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive de
