摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,数字技术成为推动乡村治理现代化的重要引擎。该研究从制度视角出发,探究数字技术促进乡村治理的理论与实践。该研究分析了数字技术在乡村治理中的应用背景,指出其作为治理工具以及治理范式转型的双重作用。在此基础上,该研究从制度层面探讨了数字技术推进乡村治理的路径。在理论探索方面,该研究结合整体性治理理论与创新扩散理论,阐释了数字乡村治理的价值内涵与实践逻辑。同时,该研究还指出了数字技术在推进乡村治理过程中面临的基础设施不足、文化层面的挑战、人才与能力建设的短板等问题。针对这些问题,该研究提出了具体的解决措施,从而为数字技术赋能乡村治理提供实践路径。In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,digital technology has become an important engine for promoting the modernization of rural governance.This study explores the theory and practice of digital technology promoting rural governance from an institutional perspective,analyzes the application background of digital technology in rural governance,and points out its dual role as a governance tool and a paradigm shift in governance.On this basis,the path of digital technology promoting rural governance is explored from the institutional level.In terms of theoretical exploration,the value connotation and practical logic of digital rural governance are explained by combining the theory of holistic governance and the theory of innovation diffusion.At the same time,the study also pointed out the problems of insufficient infrastructure,traditional cultural constraints,and shortcomings in talent and capacity building faced by digital technology in promoting rural governance.Specific solutions have been proposed to address these issues,providing practical paths for digital technology to empower rural governance.
