摘  要:如何平衡好课程思政与应用转型的关系是国内很多地方院校面临的一大难题。以CIPP评价模式为框架,运用政策文本分析法构建适合转型阶段地方院校课程思政评价指标体系(涵盖4个一级指标、11个二级指标和28个三级指标),并运用熵值法进行赋权,形成评价量表。调查的结果显示,该量表能够发挥以评促建功能,持续改进课程思政建设水平。How to balance the relationship between curriculum ideological and political education and application transformation is a major challenge faced by many local universities in China.Based on the CIPP evaluation model and using policy text analysis,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for ideological and political courses in local colleges and universities at the transformation stage(including 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 28 tertiary indicators).The entropy method was used for weighting to form an evaluation scale.The results of the questionnaire survey show that the scale can play a role in promoting construction through evaluation and continuously improving the level of ideological and political education in the curriculum.
