摘 要:在城乡二元结构背景下,流动儿童能否顺利适应学校生活,对其社会化发展进程起着决定性作用。文章以T市城乡接合部社区流动儿童为例,社会工作者基于社会系统论,通过问卷和半结构访谈的方式,从整体性、层次性、结构性、开放性四个层面进行剖析。调查发现,流动儿童存在学习动力不足、环境敏感度高、个体行为松散、人际网络单一等问题。针对这些问题,一是通过支持网络构建、场景赋能、团体动力转换和多主体联动的方式,帮助流动儿童在参与活动的过程中进一步认知自我;二是完善社会支持网络(尤其是非正式支持网络),通过友好的改变场景和团体动力推动个体改变;三是在“五社联动”背景下,整合社会资源,为改善与解决流动儿童学校适应问题提供支持与帮助,构建社会工作专业介入路径。Against the backdrop of the urban-rural dual structure,whether migrant children can adapt to school life is crucial to their social development.Taking the migrant children in the urban-rural fringe community of T city as an example,social workers,based on social system theory,through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,from the four aspects of integrity,hierarchy,structure,and openness,found that migrant children have problems such as low learning motivation,high environmental sensitivity,individualistic behavior,and a single social network.Through support network construction,scene assignment,group dynamics conversion,and multi-subject linkage,it helps migrant children in participating in activities to further develop self-awareness,improve their social support network(especially the informal support network),and promote individual change through the friendly transformation of the scene and group dynamics.At the same time,against the backdrop of the"five clubs linkage",it enables social subjects to provide support and assistance for the improvement and solution of migrant children's school adaptation problems,thus promoting the construction of a professional intervention path for social work.
