摘　　要：根据企业高质量发展的时代需要,国有企业应充分发挥党建的优势,推进主业发展向“新”提“质”,为培育和发展新质生产力聚势蓄能。本文聚焦新质生产力发展的主题,探讨党建创新助推新质生产力培育的实践途径,构建“创新党建+新质生产”的理论框架,为国有企业以党建促进高质量发展探索新路径。According to the needs of The Times of high-quality development,state-owned enterprises should give full play to the advantages of party building,promote the development of the main business to "new" and "quality",and gather potential for cultivating and developing new quality productivity.This paper focuses on the theme of the development of new quality productivity,discusses the practical ways of promoting the cultivation of new quality productivity through party building innovation,constructs the theoretical framework of "innovative party building + new quality production",and explores a new path for state-owned enterprises to promote high-quality development through party building.
