摘  要:近年来,随着新媒体行业的迅猛发展,逐渐加大对自身宣传工作的力度,不仅是国有企业自身发展的需要,更是成为贯彻落实党的方针政策、维护国家信息安全的重要途径。在提升企业形象和塑造企业品牌的过程中,宣传工作已经成为对外展示的重要窗口。本文以某州属某国有矿山企业为例,分析目前国有矿山企业在宣传工作方面的现状,探讨如何在新形势下通过强化思想引领、创新宣传方式、加强队伍建设等措施,创新国有矿山企业的宣传工作,为同类企业提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development of the new media industry,gradually increase the intensity of their own publicity work,not only is the development of state-owned enterprises,but also become an important way to implement the partys principles and policies,maintain national information security.In the process of improving the corporate image and shaping the enterprise brand,the publicity work has become an important window for external display.This paper takes a state-owned mining enterprise in a state as an example,analyzes the current situation of state-owned mining enterprises in the publicity work,and discusses how to innovate the publicity work of state-owned mining enterprises by strengthening ideological guidance,innovating publicity methods and strengthening team building under the new situation,so as to provide reference for similar enterprises.
