摘  要:借助扎根理论,剖析国内外高校的典型实例,探索高素质医工融合研究生的培养模式,将其纳为三大要素:培养理念着重创新思维、实践能力和跨领域素质的综合培育,以适应当今医疗科技的创新需求;培养过程涉及从多元化招生至课程学习、科研实践及职业导航的完整链条,强调理论与实践的深度融合;组织保障涵盖跨学科团队组建、资源配置优化及制度健全,为培养模式的有效运行提供坚实基础。研究指出,增强医工融合的教育理念,构建创新教学体系,并实施全面保障措施,是提升研究生教育品质与创新能力的关键路径。This study aims to explore the cultivation model for high-quality medical-engineering integrated postgraduates.By applying grounded theory,it analyzes typical cases from domestic and foreign universities and categorizes them into three key elements:the cultivation concept focuses on the comprehensive development of innovative thinking,practical ability,and cross-disciplinary qualities to meet the current innovation demands of medical technology;The cultivation process involves a complete chain from diversified enrollment to course learning,scientific research practice,and career guidance,emphasizing the deep integration of theory and practice;Organizational guarantee includes the formation of interdisciplinary teams,optimization of resource allocation,and improvement of systems,providing a solid foundation for the effective operation of the cultivation model.The study points out that enhancing the educational concept of medical-engineering integration,constructing an innovative teaching system,and implementing comprehensive guarantee measures are the key paths to improving the quality and innovation ability of postgraduate education.
