摘　　要：嘌呤能P2X7受体(purinergic P2X7 receptor,P2X7R)是一种细胞跨膜蛋白.P2XR的激活导致细胞因子的释放,引起癌症细胞的迁移和侵袭,P2X7R表达与结-直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)肿瘤炎症、生存、增殖、血管生成和转移相关.证据表明P2X7R表达似乎受DNA甲基化和miRNA调控的表观遗传学调控.随着对P2X7R的深入研究,已经陆续探讨应用P2X7R拮抗剂治疗CRC.本文综述P2X7R与CRC的相关性,重点讨论P2X7R与CRC诊治上的研究进展与前景.Purinergic P2X7 receptor(P2X7R)is a cellular transmembrane protein.Its activation leads to the release of cytokines,causing the migration and invasion of cancer cells.The expression of P2X7R is associated with tumor inflammation,survival,proliferation,angiogenesis,and metastasis in colorectal cancer(CRC).Evidence suggests that P2X7R expression appears to be epigenetically regulated by DNA methylation and miRNA regulation.With the in-depth study of P2X7R,the application of P2X7R agonists and antagonists has been discussed in the treatment of CRC.This article reviews the relationship between P2X7R and CRC,focusing on the research progress and future prospects of P2X7R in CRC diagnosis and treatment.
