摘 要:产教融合以人才培养、技术进步和产业升级为多维度驱动力,通过教育与产业的深度融合,对新质生产力的生成起关键作用。新质生产力锚定生产技术革新、生产要素创新及产业转型升级,强调高素质劳动者、先进劳动资料和优质劳动对象。产教融合赋能新质生产力的实践路径有以下三点:一是以产教融合为抓手提升人力资本,强化“新质”人才建设;二是以产教融合激活科技创新,促进产业升级;三是以产教融合实现产业协同,凝聚力量以推动“新质”经济的发展。The integration of industry and education is driven by multidimensional factors such as talent cultivation,technological progress,and industrial upgrading.Through the deep integration of education and industry,it plays a key role in generating new quality productive forces.New quality productive forces anchors production technology innovation,production factor innovation,and industrial transformation and upgrading,and emphasizes high-quality workers,advanced labor materials,and high-quality labor objects.There are three practical paths for the integration of industry and education to empower new quality productive forces:first,using the integration of industry and education as a lever to enhance human capital and strengthen the construction of"new quality"talents;the second is to activate technological innovation and promote industrial upgrading through the integration of industry and education;the third is to achieve industrial synergy through the integration of industry and education,and gather strength to promote the development of the"new quality"economy.
