摘 要:根据研究,当前高校青年教师心理资本开发与培养存在着心理资本培养的基本目标不明确、对青年教师心理资本开发与培养的重视度不高,以及心理资本培养内容和形式比较单一等一系列问题,直接阻碍了教师潜在效能的充分发挥。为了增强高校青年教师的自我效能感,不断提升青年教师的心理资本,就高校青年教师心理资本开发与培养的有效策略展开深入且全面的探讨,以期大幅度提升高校青年教师的工作绩效,进而为高等教育发展作出贡献。According to the research,at present,there are a series of problems in the development and cultivation of psychological capital of young teachers in colleges,such as unclear basic goal of psychological capital cultivation,low attention to the development and cultivation of psychological capital of young teachers,and relatively simple content and form of psychological capital cultivation,which directly hinder the full play of teachers'potential effectiveness.In order to enhance the sense of self-efficacy of young teachers in colleges and constantly improve their psychological capital,this paper carries out an in-depth and comprehensive discussion on the effective strategies for the development and cultivation of psychological capital of young teachers in colleges,with a view to greatly improving the work performance of young teachers in colleges and contributing to the development of higher education.
