自媒体时代大学生思想政治教育工作的新问题及其对策研究

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育工作是高校教育的重要内容,事关中国特色社会主义人才培养全局。在自媒体时代,大学生思想政治教育工作呈现出新的时代特征,同时面临诸如话语困境、“供给者本位”造成的人文关怀缺失、自媒体负向价值功能冲击中国特色社会主义教育话语等新的时代难题。为此,在自媒体时代大学生思想政治教育工作实践中,要强化思政教育的话语纠偏;要转变教育者“供给者本位”观念,强化对大学生思政教育的人文关怀;要旗帜鲜明地抵制自媒体负向价值信息,以马克思主义、中国特色社会主义理论武装头脑,解决好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一大学生思想政治教育工作的根本问题。The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of higher education,which is related to the overall cultivation of socialist talents with Chinese characteristics.In the we-media era,the education of ideological and political of college students presents new characteristics of the times,while facing new challenges such as discourse dilemma,the lack of humanistic care caused by the"supplier centered"approach,and the negative value function of we-media impacting the discourse of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.As a results,in the practice of college students education of ideological and political in the we-media era,it is necessary to intensify the correct deviations of ideological and political education;To transform the concept of"supplier centered"of educators and intensify humanistic concern for ideological and political education of college students,we must firmly resist the negative value information of we-media,arm our minds with Marxist and Chinese socialist theories,and solve the fundamental problems of"who to train,how to train and for whom"in the ideological and political education of college students.
