摘  要:永磁同步电机转矩是非线性函数,使用传统方法控制会受到大转矩脉动影响,导致转矩、转速、磁链控制效果不佳。为解决这个问题,提出了永磁同步电机瞬时转矩控制方法。构建神经网络模糊瞬时转矩控制器结构,并计算电机转矩、磁链和位置角。采用Matlab函数生成网络,运用train()函数训练控制误差输入向量,结合粒子群优化算法的全局寻优能力获取转子磁链位置。分析转矩三维误差,使电机输出转矩满足控制需求。以电机转矩误差和磁链转矩为反馈量,通过引入模糊控制逻辑实时调整转矩和磁链权重比例、抑制转矩和磁链脉动以实现电机转矩速度调节,从而达到控制电机瞬时转矩的目的。由仿真试验结果可知,控制后的转矩、转速、磁链脉动较小,响应曲线平稳。该研究能够达到瞬时控制电机转矩的目的。Permanent magnet synchronous motor torque is a nonlinear function,and control using traditional methods will be affected by large torque pulsations,resulting in poor control of torque,speed,and magnetic chain.To solve this problem,the method of instantaneous torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed.A neural network fuzzy instantaneous torque controller structure is constructed,and motor torque,magnetic chain and position angle are calculated.The Matlab function is used to generate the network,and the train()function is applied to train the control error input vector,and the rotor magnetic chain position is obtained by combining the global optimization seeking ability of the particle swarm optimization algorithm.The torque three-dimensional error is analyzed so that the motor output torque meets the control demand.Taking the motor torque error and the magnetic chain torque as feedback quantities,the torque and magnetic chain weight ratio are adjusted in real time through the introduction of fuzzy control logic,and the torque and magnetic chain pulsation are suppressed to realize the motor torque speed regulation,so as to achieve the purpose of instantaneous torque control of the motor.From the simulation test results,the controlled torque,speed and magnetic chain pulsation are small,the response curve is smooth.The research can achieve the purpose of instantaneous motor torque control.
