摘 要:全相位快速傅里叶变换(apFFT)算法具有相位不变性优点,但仍然存在频谱泄漏的问题。提出一种双谱线四分牛顿迭代频率补偿的apFFT算法,以提高幅值和频率准确性,并应用于宽频测量装置校准仪。首先,针对apFFT和快速傅里叶变换(FFT)频谱泄漏的特点,分析频率偏差对幅值的影响,并建立连续信号幅值估计模型。然后,构造频率偏差与幅值关系的牛顿搜索目标函数,设计一种双谱线四分法来缩小牛顿迭代搜索求解域,以快速、有效地确定牛顿迭代的初值,从而减少牛顿迭代次数并提高精度。仿真与试验结果表明,所提算法能够准确地测量连续信号的幅值和频率,具有更少的迭代次数和更高的准确性。该算法能够在宽频测量装置校准仪中得到有效的工程应用。The all phase fast Fourier transform(apFFT)algorithm has the advantage of phase invariance,but still suffers from spectral leakage.A bispectral quadrature Newton iterative frequency compensated apFFT algorithm is proposed to improve the amplitude and frequency accuracy and has applied to a broadband measurement device calibrator.Firstly,the effect of frequency deviation on amplitude is analyzed for the characteristics of apFFT and fast Fourier transform(FFT)spectral leakage,and a continuous signal amplitude estimation model is established.Then,the Newton search objective function of the relationship between frequency deviation and amplitude is constructed,and a bispectral quadrature method is designed to narrow the solution domain of the Newton iteration search to determine the initial value of the Newton iteration quickly and efficiently,so as to reduce the number of Newton iterations and improve the accuracy.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately measure the amplitude and frequency of continuous signals with fewer number of iterations and higher accuracy.The algorithm obtain effective engineering applications in broadband measurement device calibrators.
