摘　　要：以新质生产力赋能乡村产业振兴是新时代乡村产业高质量发展的必然选择。基于“新型劳动者—新型劳动资料—新型劳动对象”分析框架,探讨了新质生产力赋能乡村产业振兴的作用机理。研究发现,新型劳动者的人力、关系及结构资本能够加速农业技术创新、拓宽市场渠道和强化知识交流。新型劳动资料,如智能农业、物联网、新能源和生物技术,为乡村产业振兴注入智慧基因、提升生产效率、提供绿色动力和增加附加值。数字化信息及乡村特色资源数字化等新型劳动对象成为产业决策核心,进一步拓宽了发展路径。然而,新质生产力在赋能乡村产业振兴过程中,面临人才短缺、技术落后、资金不足和政策制度不完善等挑战。从人才、技术、资金与政策四个维度提出优化策略,以进一步提升新质生产力对乡村产业振兴的赋能作用,推动乡村产业高质量发展。Empowering rural industrial revitalization with new quality productive forces is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of rural industries.Based on the analytical framework of"new-type laborers-new-type means of labor-new-type objects of labor",this paper explores the mechanism by which new quality productive forces drive rural industrial revitalization.The research findings show that the human,relational,and structural capital of new-type laborers could accelerate agricultural technological innovation,expand market access,and enhance knowledge exchange.New-type means of labor,such as smart agriculture,IoT,new energy,and biotechnology,could infuse rural industries with intelligent elements,improve production efficiency,provide green power,and increase added value.New-type objects of labor,including digital information and the digitization of rural characteristic resources,have become central to industrial decision-making and have expanded development pathways.This paper proposes optimization strategies from the four dimensions of"talent,technology,funding,and policy"to further enhance the empowering role of new quality productive forces in rural industrial revitalization and promote the high-quality development of rural industries.
