数字普惠金融赋能新质生产力提升机理研究——基于产业结构的视角

摘　　要：数字普惠金融通过扩大服务范围、降低成本、促进创新、优化资源配置等方式,有力地推动了新质生产力的提升。从产业结构的视角,构建数字普惠金融影响新质生产力提升的作用机制,基于2013—2022年我国省域数据对其影响效应及作用机制进行实证检验。研究发现:数字普惠金融对提升新质生产力具有积极作用;具体来看,数字普惠金融三个分指数都能对新质生产力的提升产生促进作用,使用深度分指数的促进效应最为明显;中介模型显示,产业结构升级起到了中介作用,其中产业结构合理化指数的中介作用要强于产业结构高级化和高度化指数;进一步的区域异质性表明,数字普惠金融对新质生产力的促进效应呈现“东—西—中”依次递减的趋势,且数字普惠金融水平越高,促进效应越明显。通过一系列稳健性检验后,上述结论依然成立。Digital inclusive finance effectively promotes the improvement of new quality productive forces by expanding the scope of services,reducing costs,promoting innovation,and optimizing the allocation of resources.From the perspective of industrial structure,the paper constructs a mechanism to illustrate how digital inclusive finance influences the improvement of new quality productive forces.An empirical test is conducted on its impact and mechanism based on the provincial data of China from 2013 to 2022.The study finds that digital inclusive finance plays a positive role in improving new quality productive forces.Specifically,the three sub-indices of digital inclusive finance can all promote the improvement of new quality productive forces,and the promotion effect of the depth of use subindex is the most obvious.The mediating model shows that the upgrading of industrial structure plays a mediating role,among which the mediating effect of the rationalization index of industrial structure is stronger than that of the advancement and high-level index of industrial structure.The regional heterogeneity shows that the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on new quality productive forces decreases successively in the region order of"east-westcentral",and the higher the level of digital inclusive finance,the more obvious the promotion effect.After a series of robustness tests,the conclusions still hold.
