摘　　要：作为支撑创新驱动发展战略的主要信息资源,如何长期保存且有效利用档案数字资源成为高校亟待探讨的重要议题之一。本文通过网络调查、文本分析的方法,对美国高校档案数字资源保存实践情况进行分析,发现美国高校档案数字资源保存具有政策文件成熟完善、保存实践活动丰富多样、技术体系科学先进等特点。借鉴美国经验,结合我国高校档案数字资源保存现状,在此基础上提出我国高校需从制定与时俱进的档案数字资源保存政策、开展合作式实践保存项目、完善档案保存技术三个方面提升档案数字资源保存能力。As the main information resources to support the innovation-driven development strategy,the long-term preservation and effective utilization of archival digital resources has become one of the important issues to be discussed in universities.By means of network investigation and text analysis,the paper analyzes the practice of archival digital resources preservation in American universities,and summarizes its characteristics as follows:American universities has matured and perfect policy documents,rich and diverse preservation practice activities,scientific and advanced technology system.By referring to the experience of the United States and examing the current situation of archival work in universities of China,the paper proposes that universities of China should improve the ability of archival digital resources preservation from three aspects:making relevant policies which keep pace with the times,developing cooperative practical preservation projects and improving archival preservation techniques.
