摘　　要：社会资本投资农业农村建设,旨在响应国家政策号召,弥补资金缺口,推动农业现代化与乡村振兴。然而,面临政策不稳定、金融支持不足、产业发展滞后及投资回报机制不明确等挑战。为破解难题,需强化政策导向,细化激励措施;拓宽融资渠道,降低融资成本;优化投资环境,提升服务水平;并建立健全风险防控与补偿机制。通过这些举措,吸引更多社会资本投入农业农村,激活农村生产要素,促进农业产业升级,实现农村经济全面振兴与城乡融合发展。The investment of social capital in agricultural and rural construction aims to respond to national policy calls,address funding gaps,and promote agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.However,challenges such as policy instability,insufficient financial support,lagging industrial development,and unclear investment return mechanisms persist.To address these issues,it is necessary to strengthen policy guidance and refine incentive measures;broaden financing channels and reduce financing costs;optimize the investment environment and enhance service levels;and establish robust risk prevention and compensation mechanisms.Through these measures,more social capital can be attracted to invest in agriculture and rural areas,activating rural production factors,promoting the upgrading of agricultural industries,and achieving comprehensive rural economic revitalization and integrated urban-rural development.
