摘　　要：围绕铁路周界的安全防护存在着漏报率和误报率高的问题,文章设计了基于视频和雷达的轨道交通周界入侵报警系统设备。该系统利用毫米波雷达探测运动目标,通过智能视频进行二次复核以识别目标。提出了多源数据融合检测的数据融合算法,以减少漏报和降低误报。同时,设计了集探测、识别和分析功能于一体化的ARM架构主控板,实现了深度学习算法在ARM架构的终端部署。创新性地开展了结构电气一体化设计,提升了产品集成度,并降低了成本。Aiming at the problems of high missing alarm rate and false alarm rate in the safety protection of railway perimeter,this paper designs a rail transit perimeter intrusion alarm system equipment based on video and radar.The system uses millimeter-wave radar to detect moving targets,performs secondary review through intelligent video to identify targets.A data fusion algorithm for multi-source data detection is proposed for multi-source data fusion detection to decrease missing alarms and reduce false alarms.At the same time,an ARM architecture main control board integrating detection,recognition and analysis functions is designed to realize the terminal deployment of Deep Learning algorithm in ARM architecture.It innovatively carries out structural electrical integration design,improves product integration and reduces costs.
