摘　　要：文章深入探讨信息不对称在企业投融资活动中的作用机制、影响以及应对策略。通过分析信息不对称的成因,揭示其在投融资流程中的传递路径,以及由此引发的主体博弈关系,进一步阐述信息不对称对投融资决策行为的负面影响,提出针对性的应对策略,以期为企业提供应对思路,助力企业化解信息困境,提升投融资决策质量,实现稳健、可持续发展,也为相关领域研究与实践提供理论支撑与实操借鉴。This paper deeply discusses the mechanism,influence and countermeasures of information asymmetry in enterprise invest-ment and financing activities.By analyzing the causes of information asymmetry,it reveals its transmission path in the process of invest-ment and financing,and the subject game relationship caused by it.The negative influence of information asymmetry on investment and fi-nancing decision-making behavior is further expounded.Targeted coping strategies are proposed in order to provide enterprises with coping ideas,help enterprises solve the information dilemma,improve the quality of investment and financing decisions,achieve steady and sus-tainable development,and provide theoretical support and practical reference for research and practice in related fields.
