摘　　要：贯彻落实《关于加快推进公安高等教育高质量发展的意见》文件精神,针对省属公安院校研究生教育建设发展这一关键问题,根据新增硕士学位授权审核申请基本条件最新要求,从发展研究生教育的政治属性引领、省属公安院校申报硕士学位基础条件解读以及“教”“科”融合以科技兴警孵化特色硕士专业方向等方面对新时代省属公安院校研究生教育的建设发展开展研究,为提升公安教育层次和水平,推进公安院校高水平教育发展提供重要参考。In order to implement the spirit of the“Opinions on Accelerating the High-Quality Development of Public Security Higher Education”,this paper focuses on the key issue of the construction and development of postgraduate education in provincial police colleges.According to the latest requirements of the basic conditions for the review and application of new master’s degree authorization,this paper conducts research on the construction and development of postgraduate education in provincial police colleges in the new era from the aspects of the political attribute guidance of developing postgraduate education,the interpretation of the basic conditions for provincial police colleges to apply for master’s degrees,and the integration of“teaching”and“science”to cultivate characteristic master’s degree programs through science and technology to strengthen the police force.This provides an important reference for improving the level and quality of public security education and promoting the high-level development of police colleges.
