摘　　要：公安院校形势与政策课程面临着教学内容教学效果不明显、教学目标行业特色不清晰、教学模式信息化程度较低等现实问题,因其自身的政治属性以及外部客观环境,引入“三寓三式”课程思政范式推动课程建设势在必行。旨在从课程特点、行业特色和现实条件出发,基于平衡课程时效性与稳定性、理论性与实践性、普遍性与特殊性等三方面的建设重点,探索形成了“三寓三式”建设的实施路径:“寓道于教”,以“画龙点睛式”加强警情教育;“寓德于教”,以“专题嵌入式”融入英模精神;“寓教于乐”,以“元素化合式”创新警务教学资源库建设,打造公安院校形势与政策课程的思政范式样本,培养卓越警务人才。The courses of Situation and Policy in Police Colleges face tangible challenges,such as poor teaching effect resulted from flat course contents,vague teaching goals lacking vocational features,outdated teaching modes with limited application of information technology,etc.Given police college’s political nature and objective external circumstances,it is imperative to improve the course by introducing the ideological and political paradigm of“Three Combines and Three Styles”.In perspective of the course’s characteristics,career features and actual conditions,and based on balancing time efficiency with stability,theories with practices,and universality with particularity,the paper explores and forms three applicable approaches for practicing the“Three Combines and Three Styles”paradigm with a view to showcasing police academies’exemplary course of Situations and Policies conducive to the cultivation of outstanding policing talents,i.e.“combine education with principles”by imparting policing knowledge in“a style of adding the finishing touch”;“combine education with morals”by citing heroic deeds in“a style of embedding featured sections”;and“combine education with entertainment”by innovating the policing case database in“a style of generating chemical compounds”.
