贯通机制下现代职教体系管理制度研究

摘　　要：现代职教体系的贯通机制有利于教育资源的优化和配置,从而提高职业教育的吸引力。然而当前职教管理制度存在与市场需求脱节、资源整合不足、管理体系僵化等问题,因而对贯通机制下现代职教体系管理制度的研究有一定的现实意义。为此,本文分析了贯通机制下管理制度建设的关键点,包括明确政府、学校、企业等各方责任,建设产教融合、校企合作新模式,完善评价体系与激励机制等,同时提出建立校企信息沟通和数据共享、校企合作与产教融合、完善招生制度等管理制度的建设策略。The interconnected mechanism of modern vocational education system is conducive to the optimization and allocation of educational resources,thereby enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education.However,the current vocational education management system has problems such as disconnection from market demand,insufficient resource integration,and rigid management system.Therefore,research on the management system of modern vocational education system under the linkage mechanism has certain practical significance.To this end,this article proposes key points for the construction of management systems under the linkage mechanism,including clarifying the responsibilities of various parties such as the government,schools,and enterprises,establishing new models of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation,and improving evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms.At the same time,strategies for establishing management systems such as school enterprise information communication and data sharing,school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education,and improvement of enrollment systems are proposed.
