与照料者的信任关系和留守儿童主观幸福感的关系——意向性自我调节的中介作用

摘　　要：为了探讨留守儿童与照料者的信任关系和其主观幸福感的关系以及意向性自我调节在其中的中介作用,本研究以1156名留守儿童为研究对象,通过信任关系问卷、意向性自我调节问卷、生活满意度量表和积极/消极情绪量表进行了历时2年3次追踪测量。结果表明:(1)在控制了性别、年龄、主观社会经济地位和基线水平的结果变量后,留守儿童与照料者的信任关系显著正向预测其2年后的生活满意度和积极情绪,但不能显著预测其2年后的消极情绪;(2)在控制了性别、年龄、主观社会经济地位和基线水平的意向性自我调节和结果变量后,其1年后的意向性自我调节在留守儿童与照料者的信任关系和2年后的生活满意度与积极情绪之间起中介作用。上述结果提示,帮助留守儿童建立与照料者的信任关系、干预留守儿童意向性自我调节,可以有效提升其主观幸福感。To examine the associations between trusting relationships with caregivers and left-behind children’s subjective well-being,and the mediating role of intentional self-regulation,the current study employed 3-wave longitudinal design spanning two years.Participants included 1156 left-behind children,and they were asked to complete Trusting Relationship Questionnaire,Intentional Self-Regulation Questionnaire,Satisfaction with Life Scale,and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule.The results indicated that trusting relationships with caregivers positively predicted life satisfaction and positive affect two years later,but could not predict negative affect two years later,after controlling for gender,age,subjective socioeconomic status and baseline outcome variables.Intentional self-regulation after 1 year mediated the relationships between left-behind children’s trusting relationships with their caregivers and their life satisfaction and positive affect after 2 years.These results suggest that helping left-behind children establish trusting relationships with their caregivers and enhance their intentional self-regulation can both be effective in enhancing their subjective well-being.
