摘 要:针对短夹紧比液压螺栓在装配前后实际预紧力与初始预紧力不同的现象,设计了短夹紧比螺栓装配回弹试验,研究了不同初始预紧力大小、预紧次数、不同夹紧比以及不同螺栓材料对短夹紧比螺栓回弹系数的影响。分析了螺栓回弹系数的经验值并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:短夹紧比螺栓在使用液压拉伸器进行预紧时会发生明显的回弹现象;螺栓联接结构的回弹系数与其夹紧比成反比,并在弹性范围内与初始预紧力大小无关;预紧次数越多,回弹系数越小,在4次预紧后回弹系数趋于稳定,比拧紧1次降低5%;螺栓材料为GH4169的回弹系数比2Cr12MoV大4%~8%。To the phenomenon that the actual pre tightening force and initial pre tightening force of small slenderness ratio hydraulic bolts are different before and after assembly,a rebound test of small slenderness ratio bolt assembly was designed to study the effects of different initial pre tightening force sizes,pre tightening times,different small slenderness ratio,and different bolt materials on the rebound coefficient of small slenderness ratio bolts.The empirical value of the rebound coefficient of bolts was analyzed and compared it with the experimental results.The results shows that the small slenderness ratio bolts will experience significant rebound when pre tightened using a hydraulic tensioner;The rebound coefficient of bolted connections is inversely proportional to its slenderness ratio and is independent of the initial preload force within the elastic range;The more times of preloading,the smaller the rebound coefficient is,and the rebound coefficient tends to be stable after 4 times of preloading,which is 5%lower than 1 time of tightening.The rebound coefficient of bolt material GH4169 is 4%~8%larger than that of 2Cr12MoV.
