摘 要:飞秒小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)是一种先进的屈光不正矫正手术,主要用于治疗近视和散光,其安全性、有效性和准确性已得到广泛认可。由于SMILE缺乏准分子激光机所具备的智能眼球跟踪系统、眼球旋转定位补偿和虹膜定位技术等功能,术中切削中心的定位需要人工调整,完全依赖于术者的手术技巧及患者的配合程度,使得SMILE存在一定的局限性。目前,关于SMILE中不同中心定位方法与透镜偏中心的关系仍存在争议,术后功能(有效)光学区的范围也尚未明确界定。本文复习相关研究结果,总结SMILE的中心定位方法、术后光学区偏心的测量方式及影响中心定位的因素,以期为SMILE临床准确实施提供依据。Femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)is an advanced refractive error correction surgery,mainly used to treat myopia and astigmatism,its safety,effectiveness and accuracy have been widely recognized.Because SMILE surgery lacks the intelligent eye tracking system,eye rotation positioning compensation,iris positioning technology and other functions of excimer laser,the positioning of the cutting center needs manual adjustment during the operation,which completely depends on the operative skills of the operator and the degree of cooperation of the patient,resulting in certain limitations of SMILE surgery.At present,the relationship between different centralization methods and lens centralization in SMILE operation is still controversial,and the range of effective(functional)optical region after surgery has not been clearly defined.In this paper,we reviewed the results of relevant studies,and discussed the methods of center positioning,the measurement of postoperative optical eccentricity,and the factors affecting center positioning in SMILE,aiming to provide a foundation for the accurate clinical implementation of SMILE.
