摘　　要：目的探讨微种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸患者中的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月山东省第一荣军优抚医院口腔科63例口腔正畸患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=32)及对照组(n=31)。对照组采用常规正畸治疗2年,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗8个月。比较两组患者正畸情况、牙周指标[牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PI)]和临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者磨牙移位距离、上中切牙凸距差、下齿槽座角大于对照组;两组GI、PI、PD低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸患者使用微型种植体支抗治疗,可提高正畸效果,改善牙周指标。Objective To explore the effect of mini-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients.Methods The clinical data of 63 orthodontic patients from the Department of Stomatology of the First Rongjun Youfu Hospital of Shandong Province,from January 2021 to December 2023,were selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=32)and a control group(n=31).The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment for 2 years,while the observation group received mini-implant anchorage treatment for 8 months.The orthodontic conditions,periodontal indices[gingival index(GI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),plaque index(PI)],and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the molar displacement distance,upper central incisor convexity distance difference,and lower alveolar angle in the observation group were greater than those in the control group;the GI and PI and PD in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of mini-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients can improve orthodontic effects,enhance periodontal indices.
