外科助萌联合正畸治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察外科助萌联合正畸治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生的效果。方法对2021年10月—2023年12月在合肥舟越口腔门诊部接受治疗的80例上颌前牙埋伏阻生患儿治疗情况进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(40例)采取外科助萌治疗,观察组(40例)采取外科助萌联合正畸治疗,观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿疼痛情况及美容效果均优于对照组;观察组患儿各项治疗相关指标优于对照组;观察组患儿一次性手术成功率、埋伏牙萌出率高于对照组,牙龈坏死发生率低于对照组;随访期间,观察组患儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外科助萌联合正畸治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生效果显著,并能改善患儿的疼痛情况和美容效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To observe the effect of surgical exposure combined with orthodontic treatment for maxillary impacted anterior teeth.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 children with maxillary impacted anterior teeth who received treatment at Hefei Zhouyue Oral Clinic from October 2021 to December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on the different treatment methods:the control group(n=40)received surgical exposure treatment,and the observation group(n=40)received surgical exposure combined with orthodontic treatment.The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the observation group showed better pain relief and aesthetic outcomes compared to the control group;the treatment-related indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the success rate of one-time operation and the eruption rate of impacted teeth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of gingival necrosis was lower than that in the control group;during the follow-up period,the total incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical exposure combined with orthodontic treatment for maxillary impacted anterior teeth is significantly effective,improves pain relief and aesthetic outcomes,and reduces the incidence of complications.
