穴位注射联合功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及步态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位注射联合功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及步态的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月金乡县人民医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为穴位注射组、电刺激组及联合治疗组,每组各20例,分别给予穴位注射治疗、功能性电刺激治疗及二者联合治疗。比较三组中医证候积分、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、6 min步行试验(6 MWT)、10 m最大速度步行试验(10 MWT),以及双侧髋及膝关节最大屈曲角度。结果治疗后,三组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且联合治疗组低于穴位注射组及电刺激组;三组BBS评分均较治疗前提高,且联合治疗组高于穴位注射组及电刺激组;三组6 MWT均较治疗前延长,且联合治疗组长于穴位注射组及电刺激组;三组10 MWT均较治疗前增快,且联合治疗组快于穴位注射组及电刺激组;三组双侧髋及膝关节最大屈曲角度均较治疗前加大,且联合治疗组大于穴位注射组及电刺激组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射联合功能性电刺激有助于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能及步态,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint injection combined with functional electrical stimulation on balance function and gait in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From January to December 2023,60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Jinxiang People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into acupoint injection group,electrical stimulation group and combined treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.Acupoint injection treatment,functional electrical stimulation treatment and combined treatment of the two were given respectively.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)],6 Minute Walk Test(6 MWT),10 Meter Walk Test(10 MWT),and the maximum flexion angles of bilateral hip and knee joints were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined treatment group was lower than the acupoint injection group and the electrical stimulation group;the BBS scores of the three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the combined treatment group was higher than the acupoint injection group and the electrical stimulation group;the 6 MWT of the three groups was longer than that before treatment,and the combined treatment group was longer than the acupoint injection group and the electrical stimulation group;the 10 MWT of the three groups was faster than that before treatment,and the combined treatment group was faster than the acupoint injection group and the electrical stimulation group;the maximum flexion angles of bilateral hip and knee joints in the three groups were larger than those before treatment,and the combined treatment group was larger than the acupoint injection group and the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint injection combined with functional electrical stimulation can improve the balance and gait function of stroke
