摘  要:目的通过数据挖掘探究针灸治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的选穴规律。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed自建库至2023年5月收录的针灸治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的文献,在IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0系统上利用Apriori算法分析,通过Cytoscape进行可视化分析,对所有数据进行频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析、网络拓扑分析。结果纳入针灸治疗肿瘤相关性失眠文献27篇,针灸处方28张,涉及腧穴43个。腧穴使用频次较高的为三阴交、神门、百会、足三里、印堂、神庭、内关、太冲、关元、四神聪、合谷、太溪,督脉使用频次最高;关联规则结果表明腧穴核心配伍中支持度最高的为神门→三阴交,置信度最高的为关元→神庭、关元→印堂;聚类分析可将腧穴分为5类;网络拓扑分析发现4个核心腧穴为神门、百会、三阴交、印堂。结论应用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的选穴,发现高频使用的腧穴、督脉及关联配伍规律等,为临床选穴提供一定参考与帮助。Objective To explore the acupoint selection rules for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumorrelated insomnia by data mining.Methods The literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumor-related insomnia was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,VIP database,and PubMed from the establishment of the database to May 2023.Apriori algorithm analysis was performed on IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 system,and visual analysis was performed through Cytoscape.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and network topology analysis were performed on all data.Results A total of 27 articles on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumor-related insomnia,28 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion,and 43 acupoints were included.The most frequently used acupoints were Sanyinjiao,Shenmen,Baihui,Zusanli,Yintang,Shenting,Neiguan,Taichong,Guanyuan,Sishencong,Hegu and Taixi,and Du Meridian was the highest frequency of use.The association rules analysis showed that the highest support in the core compatibility of acupoints was Shenmen→Sanyinjiao,and the highest confidence was Guanyuan→Shenting and Guanyuan→Yintang.Cluster analysis could divide acupoints into 5 categories.The network topology analysis found that the four core acupoints were Shenmen,Baihui,Sanyinjiao and Yintang.Conclusions The data mining technology is applied to analyze the selection of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumor-related insomnia,and then high frequently used acupoints,Du Meridian,and related compatibility rules can be found to provide some reference and help for the clinical acupoint selection.
