摘 要:目的观察静脉和胸腔灌注化疗结合微波深部热疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月山东省泰山医院收治的60例晚期非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组采用静脉和胸腔灌注化疗结合微波深部热疗治疗,对照组采用单纯化疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效,生存质量,局部控制率,肿瘤复发率,卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分,不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组生存质量评分、局部控制率、KPS评分、总有效率高于对照组,肿瘤复发率、不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉和胸腔灌注化疗结合微波深部热疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液临床效果艮好,优于单一化疗,能够减少不良反应,降低疾病复发率,提高患者生存质量,利于疾病转归。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous and intrapleural perfusion chemotherapy combined with microwave deep hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion in advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Shandong Provincial Taishan Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received intravenous and intrapleural perfusion chemotherapy combined with microwave deep hyperthermia,while the control group received chemotherapy alone.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,local control rate,tumor recurrence rate,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the quality of life score,local control rate,KPS score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the tumor recurrence rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravenous and intrapleural perfusion chemotherapy combined with microwave deep hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in advanced non-small cell lung cancer has a good clinical effect,which is better than single chemotherapy,it can reduce adverse reactions,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients,and is conducive to the outcome of the disease.
