颏下岛状皮瓣修复腮腺巨大肿瘤术后缺损1例报道

摘　　要：腮腺区肿瘤切除术后缺损常常需要皮瓣修复。然而,高龄且合并较多基础疾病的患者往往无法长时间耐受手术,若采用游离皮瓣修复,术后皮瓣坏死的风险较大,并且很多患者难以承受二次手术创伤。因此,对于此类患者采用一种简单有效、成功率高的修复手段至关重要。颏下岛状皮瓣制备简单,术后成活率高,对于高龄患者,尤其是存在腮腺区缺损的患者,是一种理想的选择。本研究报道1例腮腺巨大肿瘤切除术后用颏下岛状皮瓣修复患者。患者年龄较大,体质较差,且合并2型糖尿病及高血压,采用颏下岛状皮瓣修复成功,皮瓣血运良好。Defects after parotid tumor resection often require flap repair.However,elderly patients with multiple comorbidities usually cannot tolerate long-term surgeries,if free flaps are used for repair,the risk of flap necrosis after surgery is relatively high,and many patients cannot withstand the trauma of a second operation.Therefore,it is crucial for such patients to adopt a simple,effective,and high-success-rate repair method.The submental island flap is easy to prepare and has a high survival rate after surgery,it is an ideal choice for elderly patients,especially those with parotid region defects.This study reported a case of submental island flap repair after resection of huge parotid gland tumor.The patient was old,in poor physical condition,and had type 2 diabetes and hypertension,the submental island flap was successfully repaired and the blood supply of the flap was good.
