摘　　要：目的观察脉冲光辅助治疗泪道阻塞患者的效果。方法采用回顾性分析法,选取2019年1月—2023年12月徐州市铜山区人民医院治疗的泪道阻塞患者80例,按不同治疗方案分为对照组(常规手术治疗)与观察组(常规手术+脉冲光治疗),每组40例。比较两组眼表疾病指数(OSDI)、非侵入平均泪膜破裂时间(NI-BUTave)和并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组OSDI评分低于对照组,NI-BUTave长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉冲光辅助治疗泪道阻塞可改善患者眼表疾病症状和泪膜稳定性,且安全性良好。Objective To observe the effect of pulsed light-assisted treatment on patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,a total of 80 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction who were treated in Tongshan District People's Hospital of Xuzhou from January 2019 to December 2023 were divided into a control group(receiving conventional surgical treatment)and an observation group(receiving conventional surgical+pulsed light treatment)according to different treatment regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI),non-invasive average tear film breakup time(NIBUTave),and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the OSDI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the NI-BUTave was longer than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Pulsed light-assisted treatment for lacrimal duct obstruction can improve the symptoms of ocular surface diseases and tear film stability,and has good safety.
