保留残根残冠的纤维桩修复治疗大面积牙体缺损患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察保留残根残冠的纤维桩修复治疗大面积牙体缺损患者的效果。方法选取2019年12月—2023年4月苏州口腔医院预防保健科收治的60例牙体缺损患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。观察组采用保留残根残冠的纤维桩修复方法,对照组采用传统铸造金属桩核的修复方法。比较两组修复效果、牙周指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组修复成功率、修复满意度高于对照组,牙龈出血指数、临床附着丧失、牙周袋深度及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保留残根残冠的纤维桩修复治疗大面积牙体缺损,可以提高修复成功率,减轻牙周、牙龈组织影响。Objective To observe the effect of fiber post restoration with retained residual roots and crowns in treating patients with large-scale tooth defects.Methods A total of 60 patients with tooth defects admitted to the Department of Preventive Care of Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from December 2019 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with fiber post restoration with retained residual roots and crowns,while the control group was treated with traditional cast metal post-core restoration.The restoration effects,periodontal indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the restoration success rates and restoration satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the gingival bleeding index,clinical attachment loss,periodontal pocket depth,incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Fiber post restoration with retained residual roots and crowns in treating patients with large-scale tooth defects can improve the restoration success rate and reduce the impact on periodontal,gingival tissues.
