丙泊酚麻醉下无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察丙泊酚麻醉下无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1—12月大兴区心康医院收治的精神分裂症患者90例,采用信封法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用阿立哌唑片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予丙泊酚麻醉下无抽搐电休克治疗。比较两组临床疗效,阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分,认知功能和日常生活能力评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组认知功能评分、日常生活能力评分、总有效率高于对照组,PANSS评分、不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚麻醉下无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效显著,可改善患者症状,提高认知功能和日常生活能力,减少不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified electroconvulsive therapy under Propofol anesthesia in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Xinkang Hospital in Daxing District from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the envelope method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Aripiprazole Tablets,while the observation group received modified electroconvulsive therapy under Propofol anesthesia in addition to the control group's treatment.The clinical efficacy,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)scores,cognitive function,activities of daily living scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the cognitive function scores,activities of daily living scores,and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PANSS scores and total incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified electroconvulsive therapy under Propofol anesthesia has significant clinical efficacy in treating schizophrenia,improving symptoms,enhancing cognitive function and activities of daily living,and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
