摘 要:以化学镀铜石墨烯作为增强相,采用粉末冶金法制备石墨烯增强NiFe_(2)O_(4)基金属陶瓷复合材料,重点探讨了镀铜石墨烯添加量(质量分数,下同)对该金属陶瓷复合材料的气孔率、抗弯强度和抗热震性能的影响.结果表明:添加镀铜石墨烯可以有效提高NiFe_(2)O_(4)基金属陶瓷复合材料的致密度、抗弯强度和抗热震性能;当镀铜石墨烯添加量为3%时,材料的气孔率获得最小值2.30%,抗弯强度达到最大值71.03 MPa,强度剩余率为95.01%;添加适合的石墨烯可以改善相界面的结合强度,进而提升复合材料的抗弯强度和抗热震性能.Graphene reinforced NiFe_(2)O_(4) based cermet composites were prepared by powder metallurgy with electroless copper-plated graphene as the reinforcement phase.The effects of copper-plated graphene addition amount(mass fraction,the same as below)on porosity,bending strength,and thermal shock resistance of NiFe_(2)O_(4) based cermet composites were studied.The results show that the addition of copper-coated graphene can effectively improve the density,bending strength,and thermal shock resistance of NiFe_(2)O_(4) based cermet composites.When the amount of copper-coated graphene is 3%,the porosity of the material is 2.30%,the bending strength is 71.03 MPa,and the residual strength is 95.01%.The addition of graphene in the appropriate range can improve the bonding strength of the phase interface,which is conducive to the improvement of bending strength and thermal shock resistance.
