摘  要:学科是大学发展的基础单元,学科治理作为一种以学科共同体为核心的学科决策和实践活动,既是社会经济发展、高质量教育体系建设的外部客观要求,也是学科自身发展的内在需要。在实践中,学科治理需坚持治理理念的开放化、治理主体的多元化、治理方式的互动化、治理目标的善治化等原则,遵循学科自身层面的知识生产逻辑,强化学术权力的主导作用;遵循高校层面的组织行为逻辑,发挥行政权力的支撑作用;遵循国家层面的社会需求逻辑,突出学科的社会服务功能,最终通过学科善治促进学科持续健康发展。Disciplines serve as the fundamental units of university development.Discipline governance,as a form of decision-making and practical activity centered on the disciplinary community,is not only an external requirement for socio-economic development and the construction of a high-quality education system but also an inherent need for the development of disciplines themselves.In practice,discipline governance should adhere to open governance concepts,involve diversified governance participants,adopt interactive governance methods,and aim for good governance as the goal.It should follow the knowledge production logic at the discipline level to reinforce the leading role of academic power,adhere to the organizational operation logic at the university level to leverage the supporting role of administrative power,and follow the social demand logic at the national level to highlight the social service function of disciplines.Ultimately,through good discipline governance,the sustained and healthy development of disciplines can be promoted.
