摘　　要：在数字媒体生态下,一切人类行动都被自动记录、存储和数据化,它们构成了体量巨大、包罗万象的数字痕迹体系。数字痕迹是数字媒体生态将人类思想和记忆外置化的基本形式,确保人类行动的可预测性和可监控性以服务于科技资本主义再生产的需求。人工智能作为关键技术类行动者强化了数字痕迹的生成和再组织,让原本只是作为人类行动证据和监控档案的数字痕迹成了一场大规模存在危机的表征。在此语境下,最初作为立法倡议的被遗忘权体现出了重要的观念和实践价值,它为现实世界的权力机制对数字媒体生态的介入以及技术乌托邦主义在人类普遍认知中的祛魅提供了坚实的合法性。只有将被遗忘权视为数字时代的一项基本人权,才能让当代媒介文化走出建基于记忆体制的物恋情结,复归完整而自足的人类历史主体性。In the digital media ecosystem,all human actions are automatically recorded,stored,and datafied,forming a vast and all-encompassing system of digital traces.Digital traces serve as the fundamental form through which the digital media ecosystem externalizes human thought and memory,ensuring the predictability and monitorability of human actions to meet the demands of technological eapitalism's reproduction.As a key technological agent,artificial intelligence reinforces the generation and reorganization of digital traces,trans-forming them from mere evidence of human actions and surveillance archives into a manifestation of a large-scale existential crisis.In this context,the right to be forgotten,initially proposed as a legislative initiative,has demonstrated significant conceptual and practical value.It legitimizes real-world power structures’inter-ventions in the digital media ecosystem and demystifies technological utopianism in the collective human con-sciousness.Only by recognizing the right to be forgotten as a fundamental human right in the digital age can contemporary media culture break free from its fetishistic attachment to memory systems and restore a complete and self-sufficient human historical subjectivity.
