新质生产力对企业创新绩效的影响——基于股权集中度的调节作用

摘　　要：文章以创业板软件和信息技术服务业为研究对象,按照相关标准筛选出103家样本公司,采用样本公司2019—2023年间的相关数据,对股权结构在新质生产力与创新绩效间的作用机理进行研究。研究发现,股权结构在新质生产力和创新绩效间起到调节作用。基于这一研究结果,文章提出了从股权集中度及作用机理着手优化的建议,达到最终提升企业创新绩效的目标。This article takes the GEM software and information technology service industry as the research object.According to relevant standards,103 sample companies are selected.The relevant data of the sample company between 2019—2023 will study the mechanism of the role of the equity structure in new quality productive forces and the performance of innovative performance.Essence studies have found that the equity structure plays a regulating role in new quality productive forces and innovative performance.Based on this research results,this article puts forward suggestions from optimizing the mechanism of equity and the mechanism of role to achieve the goal of ultimately improving corporate innovation performance.
