摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会拉开了混合所有制改革的序幕,文章以A公司为研究对象,通过探索A公司“引入战略投资者+员工持股计划”的混合所有制改革模式及其产生的经济效应,进一步剖析国有企业在推进混合所有制改革整体进程中所面临的核心问题及困境,并对国有企业混合所有制改革提出若干针对性的建议,为深化国有企业改革、激发企业活力提供借鉴。The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China marked the beginning of the mixed ownership reform.This paper takes company A as the research object,and by exploring company A’s mixed reform model of“introducing strategic investors+employee stock ownership plan”and its resulting economic effects,further analyzes the core issues and dilemmas faced by state-owned enterprises in advancing the overall process of mixed ownership reform.It also puts forward several targeted suggestions for the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,providing references for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and stimulating enterprise vitality.
