摘　　要：深化改革背景下国有企业需要在管理实践中进行改革尝试,融入新管理理念,选用新管理方法驱动管理改革较为可取。柔性管理的成熟度较高,其也可以应用到新时期国有企业的管理实践中。文章基于实际观察与逻辑分析的方式阐述了柔性管理在国有企业管理中的应用内涵,从不同角度肯定了柔性管理的应用价值。在此基础上,文章具体分析了柔性管理应用的要点,对管理理念转变、管理制度调整等要点进行细致分析。结合相关要点文章提出了企业管理理念的系统转变、管理制度的调整与优化等策略,旨在为国有企业基于柔性管理进行的管理改革提供一定启示。Under the background of deepening reform,state-owned enterprises need to make reform attempts in management practice,integrate new management concepts,and adopt new management methods to drive management reform.The maturity of flexible management is relatively high,and it can also be applied to the management practices of state-owned enterprises in the new era.This article elaborates on the application connotation of flexible management in state-owned enterprise management based on practical observation and logical analysis,and affirms the application value of flexible management from different perspectives.On this basis,this article specifically analyzes the key points of flexible management applications,and conducts a detailed analysis of the key points such as the transformation of management concepts and the adjustment of management systems.Combined with the relevant points,this article proposes strategies for the systematic transformation of enterprise management concepts,adjustment and optimization of management systems,aiming to provide some enlightenment for the management reform of state-owned enterprises based on flexible management.
