摘  要:为了应对新能源高占比背景下电力市场运行的挑战,研究电力现货市场交易模式的优化路径,探索价格形成机制、交易模式创新及风险管理体系。分析认为,现货市场通过动态定价和竞价出清等机制,能有效反映新能源发电的波动特性,推动系统灵活性资源的市场化配置。然而,新能源的间歇性使市场价格波动剧烈,市场主体参与度不足,规则体系与风险管理机制亟待完善。结果表明,建立多层次风险防控体系、完善实时出清机制、构建多元交易方式及智能化支持系统,将显著提升市场的稳定性和新能源消纳能力,推动电力现货市场在高占比新能源条件下的有效运行。In order to address the challenges of the electricity market operation under the background of high proportion of new energy,this study explores the optimization path of the electricity spot market trading mode,explores the price formation mechanism,innovative trading mode,and risk management system.Analysis suggests that the spot market effectively reflects the volatility characteristics of new energy generation and promotes the market-oriented allocation of system flexibility resources through mechanisms such as dynamic pricing and bidding clearing.However,the intermittency of new energy causes severe market price fluctuations,insufficient participation of market entities,and urgent need to improve the regulatory system and risk management mechanism.The results indicate that establishing a multilevel risk prevention and control system,improving real-time clearing mechanisms,constructing diverse trading methods,and intelligent support systems will significantly enhance market stability and new energy consumption capacity,and promote the effective operation of the electricity spot market under high proportion of new energy conditions.
