摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的飞速发展,财会行业正经历着前所未有的变革,对财会人才的能力要求也从传统的核算型向管理型、决策支持型及数据分析型转变。文章通过探索数智化背景下财会教育与现代技术融合的路径,以云财会人才培养为例,结合问卷调查,评估其对学生能力提升及行业发展的潜在影响,旨在为高校提供关于培养适应未来财会行业需求人才的策略与建议。With the rapid advancement of technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,the accounting industry is undergoing unprecedented transformation.The skill requirements for accounting professionals are shifting from traditional bookkeeping roles to those focused on management,decision support,and data analysis.This study explores the pathway for integrating accounting education with modern technologies in the context of digital intelligence,using cloud accounting talent development as a case example,combining with a questionnaire survey,it evaluates the potential impact of this integration on enhancing student competencies and advancing industry development,aiming to provide strategies and recommendations for universities on cultivating talent to meet future demands in the accounting field.
