摘　　要：该文探讨了《乳品工艺学》课程的教学改革与创新实践。通过分析课程现状,提出了优化教学内容、创新教学方法和完善评价体系等改革措施。实践表明,改革有效提升了学生的学习兴趣、实践能力和创新思维,为培养高素质乳品工程人才提供了有力支撑。This article explores the teaching reform and innovative practices of the“Dairy Technology”course.By analyzing the current state of the course,the reform measures such as optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and improving the evaluation system were proposed.Practical results showed that the reforms have enhanced student's learning interest,practical skills,and innovative thinking effectively,providing strong support for cultivating high-quality dairy engineering professionals.
