摘　　要：2024年欧洲儿科胃肠病、肝病和营养学会联合北美儿科胃肠病、肝病和营养学会更新了儿童和青少年幽门螺杆菌感染的管理指南,为儿童及青少年幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断和治疗提供了新的策略,对加强患儿的临床管理起到指导作用。In 2024,the European Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology,Hepatology,and Nutrition(ESPGHAN)and the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology,Hepatology,and Nutrition(NASPGHAN)jointly updated the guidelines for management of Helicobacter pylori infection in children and adolescents,providing new strategies for diagnosis and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in children and adolescents,and playing a guiding role in strengthening the clinical management for them.
