摘　　要：教学督导评价是高职教育教学一个至关重要的环节。目前,高职教学督导评价存在评价方式单一、评价标准不科学、评价过程不规范和评价结果不客观诸多问题。本研究基于内部质量管理平台,结合质量管理理念,构建基于内部质量管理平台的“双融、三联、五维”高职教学督导评价体系,以有效促进高职教师教学质量和学生学习效果的提升。Teaching supervision and evaluation is a crucial aspect of higher vocational education teaching.At present,there are many problems in the supervision and evaluation of higher vocational education,such as single evaluation method,unscientific evaluation standards,non-standard evaluation process,and non objective evaluation results.This study is based on an internal quality management platform,combined with quality management concepts,to construct a"dual integration,triple linkage,five dimensions"vocational education teaching supervision and evaluation system based on the internal quality management platform,in order to effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality of vocational education teachers and student learning outcomes.
