摘 要:基于磷酸介质中甲醛对溴酸钾氧化伊红Y褪色的催化作用,通过测定伊红Y的荧光光谱的变化,建立催化动力学荧光光谱法测定痕量甲醛的新方法,相比分光光度法具有更高灵敏度。最佳条件为:伊红Y浓度1.16×10^(-6)mol/L,溴酸钾浓度0.007mol/L,pH=1.7,在90℃水浴中反应10min,甲醛在0.005~0.06μg/mL范围内与伊红Y荧光强度差值△F呈良好线性关系,线性方程为△F=27.55+9643.48C_(FA)(R^(2)=0.9991,n=12),相关系数R^(2)=0.9991,甲醛浓度的最低检出限为3.13×10^(-5)μg/mL,将检测方法应用于黑木耳和腐竹中甲醛浓度的测定,取得了满意的检测结果。Based on the catalytic action of trace formaldehyde on the oxidation of eosin Y by potassium bromate in phosphoric acid medium,a new catalytic kinetic fluorescence method for the determination of trace formaldehyde was developed.Compared with the spectrophotometric method,it has higher sensitivity.Under the optimal experimental-6 conditions:the concentration of eosin Y is 1.16×10^(-6) mol/L,the concentration of potassium bromate is 0.007 mol/L,pH=1.7,and the reaction is carried out at 90 C water bath for 10 minutes.Formaldehyde shows good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity difference△F in the range of 0.005-0.06μg/mL,the linear equation was △F=27.55+9643.48CFA(R^(2)=0.9991,n=12),and the correlation coefficient was 0.9991 with the limit of detection of 3.13×10^(-5)μg/mL.The experimental method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde content in black fungus and yuba,and satisfactory results were obtained.
