摘 要:细菌纤维素(BC)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)复合膜具有良好的应用潜力,但其断裂伸长率有待改善。为考察添加CaCl_(2)对BC/TPS复合膜性能的影响,以添加不同含量(0%~10%)CaCl_(2),制备获得各种BC/TPS复合膜,通过检测其机械性能、含水率、分子间相互作用力、结晶度、热稳定性、水蒸气透过率与氧气透过率,探讨CaCl_(2)对BC/TPS复合材料的影响与机理。研究结果表明,0.5%CaCl_(2)可在保持复合膜抗拉强度与杨氏模量的同时,使断裂伸长率增加1倍。CaCl_(2)会与体系中的羟基产生配位效应,取代部分氢键相互作用,从而提高BC/TPS复合膜的断裂伸长率,并影响结晶度、热稳定性与阻隔性能。另外,CaCl_(2)的添加还提高了该复合膜对草莓的保鲜效果。Bacterial cellulose(BC)/thermoplastic starch(TPS)composite films have great application potential,but their elongation at break needs to be improved.In this study,the effects of CaCl_(2) addition on the properties of BC/TPS composite films were investigated by adding different concentrations(0%-10%)of CaCl_(2) to prepare various BC/TPS composite films.The mechanical properties,water content,intermolecular interaction,crystallinity,thermal stability,water vapor transmittance and oxygen transmittance of BC/TPS films with CaCl_(2) addition were studied.The results showed that 0.5%CaCl_(2) could increase the elongation at break by one fold while maintaining the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of the composite film.CaCl_(2) could have coordination effect with hydroxyl group in the system,which might replace partial hydrogen bond interaction,so as to improve the elongation at break of BC/TPS composite films,and affect the crystallinity,thermal stability and barrier properties.Moreover,the addition of CaCl_(2) also enhanced the freshness preservation of the composite film on strawberry.
