摘 要:基于碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced plastics,CFRP)的断裂失效模型和AA6061铝合金的Johnson-Cook本构模型,对CFRP上板/AA6061下板的自冲铆接过程进行数值模拟,并通过铆接实验对仿真结果进行验证和分析。结果表明:采用CFRP上板/AA6061下板的搭接方式可形成有效的内部互锁结构;通过仿真与实验对比,铆接质量参数误差保持在10%以内。通过接头截面分析,发现CFRP内部纤维主要发生纤维断裂和挤压破坏;铆接过程中,冲头载荷变化分为两个阶段,分别为CFRP刺穿过程和铝合金变形充填模具过程,冲头最大载荷为18.87 kN;CFRP层间特征点应力沿厚度方向从上至下递增,铆接头最大应力集中分布在铆钉下方,为725.9 MPa。Based on the fracture model of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)composites and the Johnson-Cook constitutive model of AA6061 aluminum alloy,the self-piercing riveting(SPR)process of CFRP upper plate/AA6061 lower plate was numerically simulated,and the simulation results were verified and analyzed through riveting experiments.The results show that the lap joining type with CFRP as upper plate and AA6061 as lower plate can form an effective internal interlocking structure;through the comparison between simulation and experiment,the error of riveting quality parameters is kept within 10%.Through the joint section,it is found that fiber breakage and crushing failure mainly occur in CFRP internal fibers.During riveting,the change of punch load is divided into two stages,namely CFRP piercing process and aluminum alloy filling die process,the maximum punch load is 18.87 kN.The stress of CFRP interlaminar characteristic points increases from top to bottom along the thickness direction,and the maximum stress of the riveted joint is concentrated at the rivet,which is 725.9 MPa.
